My Mother and Grandmother happy about my cousins maybe miscarriage?

I don't think that anyone should be happy about a baby being miscarried. They are happy because they don't want to see a 15 yr. old girl have to raise a baby however she was old enough to lay down for it than she should be old enough to raise the kid.
