Just want to know how high will be my chance to work as a caregiver in USA, i am currently studying caregiver.?

i have an employer who is willing to sponsor me as soon as Im done with my schooling..but a friend of mine said that even if i have a sponsor I will still get denied by the embassy because USA dont hire someone from the Philippines with a caregiver training. How true is this? pls help me!
