TMI warning!! Should we stop? Do you think Dr. will say no more sex?

My husband and I were having sex, and I got very painful BH contractions during and of course after. This isn't the first time but definitely the worst since it was actually painful instead of uncomfortable. They lasted quite a while and were right on top of one another for about 15 minutes before they stopped. There's been no bleeding or anything, and the baby is moving around fine. But I'm considering not doing anything until my next appt and then asking my caregiver. Has anyone been told to stop having sex because of BH? My poor husband if they do!
