How do i tell my parents I want to donate a kidney to my little sister?

I am a 18 year old guy my sister just turned 11 she is in need for a kidney transplant she is in the hospital right now i may be a match for my sister my parents have contacted every family member but they are ot matches i may be the only one i would do anything for my sister even if it means risking my life to save her.
