Is it easy to run home health care business in BC?

I'm an experienced caregiver and a well-to-be nurse. I intend to open my own business of home health care in the near future. With multi-languages ability, and advantages of nature health regimes, is it easy to run this business in BC? I'm sick of my suck employers exploit our wages, and I also want to provide patients more choices.
