Do you think lady gaga's single "born this way" is a copy of "express yourself" by Madonna?

I don;t think it was her intention to copy Madonna's Express Yourself. It just sometimes you write music and it sounds like something you have heard before. But it is still a different song. Nothing is new under the moon there are only 12+ notes (including Accidentals)
