Can I deliver my child at the hospital of my choice?

Take a vacation to Canada..... While in labor go to the closest hospital and have your baby for free!!!! ;) You will even get to stay at the hospital after and the baby will get all the care that its needed... Say it was all an accident and you didn't realize the baby would come so soon.
