Gull bladder pancreatitis questions?

Ok so 2 nights ago my gf went to the hospital cuz of hard time breathing and extreme pain in her rib cage so when they did the check up they found out that she has gull bladder pancreatitis, they wanted to do surgery to take out her gull bladder but she's pregnant 5 weeks to be exact so they asked us if we wanted to do the surgery it wud have to be during 2nd trimester(12 weeks prego) or after she has the baby we chose after she has the baby, now my questions are how frequent does pancreatitis cause a miss carriage and what's the smartest thing to do have them do surgery during 3nd trimester leavin the baby at risk or wait it out leavin her at risk, oh and what's a easy way to last thru this till she has the baby?
