Breastfeeding and going back to work?

I am going back to work in a while, but I don't want to pump at work. I still want to breastfeed my LO in the mornings and evenings and let the caregiver give formula. Will it be possible and how do I adjust my milk supply? I will be able to pump during my lunch break.
