I just found out one of my best friends has leukemia...?

I'm not sure of extremes you could go to to make it less bad than it is, but just by being there she will know that you care. and she will be able to look back at it, and see that you were there for her, and truly supported her in the hard times of her life. I think it's really nice that you want to be a caregiver, and although she has cancer, be thankful it is a curable one, but i still understand the pain you would be feeling right now. anyway, i wish you and your friend katie the best of luck!<3
