By what authority has Obama now begun military action in Somalia?

This is an arrogant man who does not care about congress and the constitution. He takes his cues from NATO. Now that he is trying to demonize congress he feels he doesn't need to go through proper channels. These are impeachable acts and Congress can do something if they want. Everyday we are some where else fighting I believe he is following Saul Alinsky in spreading out the army so what happened in Greece will come here and we will have no troops to interfere in the socialist take over,
