What are my risks of getting a tattoo if I have history of allergies?

Hi, I know the answers are obvious. But I just want to ask because I'm getting second thoughts of getting a tattoo. I really want to get a tattoo but I'm afraid of any outcome. I am allergic to henna inks and even hair dye. (I'll get allergic to those even if it doesn't touch my skin, I can still get it through the air) I have scars due to the allergies I had from getting a henna tattoo. I just read an article about possibilities of getting an anaphylactic shock. Are the side effects these serious? What can I do as a precaution? I really want a tattoo.
