Middle aged In-home lady caregiver in Bangalore?

We are looking for a middle aged to 50ish lady caregiver for my mother. She is convalescing. She has very limited ambulation capabilities and uses a wheelchair. She is presently staying with my brother at his place in North Bangalore. The caregiver need not have to be a qualified nurse, she should be more of a companion who will provide the needed help when required and be someone who can listen to or converse with my mother to break the tedium of staying in a single room most of the day. Listening to TV and devotionals and saying her prayers helps only to an extent. My brother and his wife are doing all they can, but they have their hands full with their daily work and household chores and taking their young children to school and other after school activities. Any help for us in finding a reliable and compassionate caregiver would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
