Is there something wrong with my laptop?

A few days ago my laptop started acting weird. That blue screen came up out of no where, and it takes forever for my computer to shut down or log off. Even the old windows format from 2001 appeared on my screen (temporarily.) I scanned my computer to see if it has any viruses and it said no risks found. Plz help!!! And if this helps I have a 2010 Acer Laptop
