I think I might have Testicular Cancer? Questions?

I've noticed I have a Weird Lump or Something attached to the Bottom of my Right Testical. It's Kind of Odd Shaped and Feels Weird. Awhile Ago I had a Small Lump on the Top but I'm Pretty Sure it's a Spermotocele. but Today I Noticed this One on the Bottom, Which if It's on the Bottom it's Cancer Right? I Told my Mom and She Said if it Doesn't Go Away We'll got to the Doctor. I'm Kind of Scared. What Exactly is Testicular Cancer, the Symptoms and the Risks? Could it Possbily Be Something Harmless and not be Cancerous? If It Is Cancer Will I Have to Have Surgery or Chemotherapy? What Will the Doctor Do if I Come In? What Should I Do? (By the Way I Just Turned 14)
