I receive SSI and medicaid. How can I qualify for a caregiver?

If your state has an In Home Support Services type of program and they can qualify you by your physical need for someone, you can get a person who is paid by the state. Other than that, there is no government program to give caregivers for anyone except under Medicare for a very limited time after surgery or rehabiitation.
